Florida, what am amazing game it was!!!

Most fun I ever recall having at Williams-Brice. It was almost like you know those fans in blue and orange new it. In the back of their mind, they new what colors were now on that visor...and it caused nervous fear to take over heir bodies.
With each passing tick of the clock......

And as you can see from the final score, the Gamecocks were victors!!! That is an atmosphere I can get used to at Williams-Brice!!!! Here's to 2006-2007!
We are very young. But I sense something special brewing on the sidelines of W-B.
And the NBC-New Ball Coach (The Visor One) knows the ingredients of that something special!!!

2006 Schedule

You ever had a bad hair day ?

Most of the time, the words bad hair day and men do not coincide. Now, this isn't a post to judge Syvelle Newton's hair. To the contrary, it is just part of his character that makes him what he is. We all know Syvelle is unique. He marches to the beat of his own drum. I'm sure even Coach Spurrier shakes his head in disbelief sometimes when it comes to Syvelle.

But one thing we all can agree on. We look forward to a 100% Syvelle this season and pray for healthy season. He is one of the most exciting players I have seen in Garnet/Black in a long time.

So Syvelle....bad hair and all...focus. Bring it on...Go Cocks!!!

Welcome to TaylorsCock Gamecock Blog

It's looking to be a great season. Summer workouts are going well. But Coach Spurrier is not happy with a few. Since it is "voluntary", he can only say so much. But I'm willing to bet those few know who they are. The 2007 class is shaping to be an outstanding class.
This is an exciting time to be part of the Gamecock Nation!!!
